Anyone else doing that or is this seen as to " way > out " !. Hi Wallace-- You're new, aren't cha? Sally may always say to cook them (I don't know that for a fact, actually), but Tom Cowan talks about eating raw liver on the WAPF website, as does our own Lynn R (not me--I'm Lynn S): http://www.westonaprice.org/foodfeatures/liver.html I eat raw liver myself by the " pill " method. My family and friends think I've gone round the bend, but hey--it helps. I'm fighting fibromyalgia, a completely medically bungled AND induced heart attack, and pre-diabetes, so I'll do just about anything if it helps. In his book Fourfold paths to healing he always refers to the raw meat recipes in NT. I like his book but perhaps all the expensive supplements he recommends might be avoided if looked into eating raw organ meats and clay etc? > > I eat raw liver myself by the " pill " method. Glad it helps but maybe a handful of " pills " would help even more, including a handful of kidney and heart " pills " ? > I love the idea of " pills " unfortunately I am not sure one would necessarily digest it very well that way. Guest guest
Actually, Sally doesn't always say to cook them. She has more than one recipe in NT that uses raw liver and other meats and fish. One is with tomato or vegetable juice and grated raw liver -- kind of like a Bloody with the liver and no alcohol!
