I'm not a dog, but I'm tinkin I might be able to choke down raw easier than cooked. Unless there are bacon and onions involved. But that's just me. Woof. Ron, Why on earth would you want to drink olive oil in quantity? Nutritionally speaking, it's really not that spectacular. At this point, I only use it raw on salads. Once you lose the weight you want from the low calorie version of the Zone you have to increase your " good " fats in order to preserve your body weight. I learned to chug olive oil straight from the bottle when I would go on trips. It's still actually a great problem solver if you can't find food and need some calories. Any grocery store has a decent selection of olive oils nowadays. Ron
Guest guest
Oh, I see. I eat coconut oil for a quick snack. Much better lipid profile. > I learned to chug olive oil straight from the bottle when I would go on > trips. You can get bacon in most Las Vegas buffets, and so, if there is nothing else to eat (I don't trust much nowadays), I just scarf down bacon. I can live off the stuff, esp. supplemented with peanut butter apples. Heidi Jean
