Guest guest
Ok, here's some initial observations: First, I noticed yesterday, before starting the antifungal treatments, that 4 out of 7 of the warts that had recently developed on my hands were gone. They started shrinking during my two-week fast, and apparently continued healing afterwards. While I'm not sure what this is due to, either yesterday or the day before, my bowel movements became granular. Very werid, because they had the good quality of not having to wipe, but they came out as big piles of tiny grains. I don't know if I've ever seen that. It looked like the grains may have had something white in them, but it was difficult to tell. My bowel movements haven't had much of a smell since the fast, before which they were very stinky. The first BM was right before I started the antifungals, and a few hours later I had another one, which is unusual. I've been having BMs daily at most since eating. After I took the first round of antifungals-- maximum dose of super-strength OO, 3 capsules (about a gram) of caprylic acid, a capsule of olive leaf, coconut oil (I take these with a tablespoon of EV olive oil to help absorb the fat-solubles)-- I did some pushups, then some bodyweight squats, and then took some glutamine, none of which usually affect me adversely. A few minutes later, fatigue set in. I was going to clean my room, but just changing my sheets exhausted me. I felt mildly like I was under the influence of marijuana, and I got a pre-panick attack sort of feeling, though I didn't have a panic attack. I took the second round of antifungals an hour before I went to bed. I had insomnia for several hours, and couldn't fall asleep until 4.5 hours after I took them. This morning, I woke up to go to the bathroom, at 7:30am, which is about 4 hours after I fell asleep. I figured I would take the first round of antifungals, so I could use sleeping time to space them out from probiotics and breakfast, rather than waiting awake. Yet after taking them, I couldn't fall back to sleep. It seems like they might be keeping me awake. Some of my fasting symptoms are returning. My tongue is still pink, but it is very light this morning, whereas since eating it has been a very deep, dark reddish-pink. I noticed soon after taking this morning's antifungals that my fasting level of trapped gas was beginning to return. The " bubbles " that I can feel by massaging my abdomen seemed to have doubled in size minutes after taking the antifungals. I relieved some of it with yoga. My eczema on my fingers seems a little worse. My allergies more or less disappeared last night compared to all last week. Although that could have been because I changed my sheets, and there could have been allergens hanging out on my sheets, possibly from the outburst of pollen at the beginning of the week. I'm not sure. Anyway, it should be interesting. Right now I'm spacing my antifungals from Primal Defense (2 scoops) by an hour, and PD from meals by at least a half hour, two meals, and three rounds of antifungals/PD. I begin each meal with a glass of very diluted fresh ginger juice and then a little bit of kimchi, and a couple T of VCO. Today, I will have my first quart of kefired mollasses-water ready, and I will add a glass of this either before or after my meals. Not sure. I guess before makes more sense? Anyway, it appears that PD no longer contains Sacharomyces boulardi (sp?), and kefir contains Sacharomyces kefir, which I guess has similar effects, so combining different probiotics should help me cover different bases. I'll continue using some ghee, since butyrate is supposed to help remove candida rhizomes and heal the holes in the intestinal lining caused by their burrowing. I think glutamine might help with the same, so I'll include 10g or so of that too. Chris -- Want the other side of the cholesterol story?
