Guest guest Posted September 27, 2005 Report Share Posted September 27, 2005 Slow-cooked Indian curry is the best goat recipe I've ever eaten. The spices turn the goaty gaminess into an earthy delight. At the place I usually order it, it seems to be the standard curry sauce, so I think you could use your normal curry recipe, just with goat.
