Guest guest Posted July 11, 2005 Report Share Posted July 11, 2005 I recently made my first batch of roasted peanuts as described in NT. We weren't really pleased with the results. I did roast them at low temp for about 24 hours. They did not have the toasty roasted flavor one is used to with store bought. Do others have this result?
