Hi everyone,

I'm going to be doing a book review on the Warrior Diet soon for a

website. I was hoping people who are either on the Warrior Diet

presently or were in the past could answer the questions below about

their experience. You can answer the questions very briefly if you

would like. It will help me a lot to have lots of responses. Thanks!

On the Warrior Diet...

-Did you gain, lose, or maintain total weight?

-Did you gain, lose, or maintain body fat?

-Did you gain, lose, or maintain muscle mass?

-Did the Warrior Diet help you balance your blood sugar or other

hormonal issues?

-Did you achieve any benefits or harms not listed above from following the WD?

-Are you still on the Warrior Diet? If not, why not?

-Would you describe your lifestyle as very active, active, average, or

sedentary? (Please note if what you do for *work* is hard physical

labor.)

-Did you read the book _The Warrior Diet_? If so, did you find it helpful?

-Did you read the book _Maximum Muscle, Minimum Fat_? If so, did you

find it helpful?

-Did you make any special tweaks to the Warrior Diet, against or in

addition to the recommendations of Ori in _WD_ that you benefited

from?

-Would you recommend this diet to a friend?

-If you read the book, would you recommend it to a friend?

Thanks again!

Chris
