Guest guest Posted March 21, 2005 Report Share Posted March 21, 2005 Hi all, I just created a poll to get a sense of how many on this list believe or know they have an issue with gluten and/or casein. The ultimate purpose is to bring these food intolerance issues to the attention of the WAPF in hopes that they'll add some of it to their literature, especially a caveat about casein since they heavily promote raw milk. It does not matter if you believe your sensitivity to either of these proteins is secondary to some other issue (dysbiosis, for instance). I just want to get a sense of how many folks within the NT/WAP culture have issues with either of these things that might merit a caveat in the recommendation to consume raw milk and soaked gluten grains. The more who participate in this poll the better sense we'll have of how widespread these issues are within the NT/WAP community and be able to use that data when approaching Sally and (hopefully) WAPF affiliated practitioners with this info.
