Does anyone have a good air purifier?

We are looking at getting an air purifier but we are not sure what to

look for. We have a pellet stove as our main sorce of heat(replacing

it at this time is not really an option for us) and I think it is

probably contributing a lot to my sons breathing problems so we

thought getting an air purifier might help. If you have one that works

really great I would love to know what brand it is. Cost is a bit of

concern right know so the less expensive the better. Thanks!
