I drink hot cocoa and kefir smoothies with VCO in them because of

the energy boost I feel from it. I use it for cooking and I

sometimes have been known to eat it off of a spoon. ;o)

I've read mention that it also help to stabilize the blood sugar,

correct cholesterol (No I know cholesterol isn't all bad!!). I would

also mention that I am a firm believer that it's use has helped me

to lose 20 lbs and keep it off over the last year. AND it also I've

read that it helps some people keep from getting sunburned as

badly. I used to fry!!! Now that I have been on VCO for about 1

year, I don't seem to burn as much, as deeply or as often. Whoo-hoo-

-- you gotta understand that I'm a green eyed, freckeled and fair,

reddish brown haired girl! Not a good combo for sun exposure in

south Texas.

No, you're confusing that with the eternal entertainment provided by gutter

life.

If I have to be a grownup, can I at least be telekinetic too?
