wits end, please help

I am having problems with my 1 year old. Backgroung info, my daughter was

breastfed exclusivly until 6 weeks when Ipanicked (never nurced before) and gave

her formula. Begining of the end, she would nurse less and less until she

wouldn't nurse at all by 6 months, so had been on commercial formula (enfilac)

from then on. She has never yet been too big on solids.Starting around Feb 1st,

she developed terrible diahrea which lasted a total of almost 2 months!!! I took

her to the hospital after 3 weeks. Doc said to give her nothing but pedialyte

until the diahrea stopped, then no milk until it was gone for a week. I was to

give her rice, applesauce, banana's and toast and yogurt between them. One cool

thing she gave a recipe for homemade pedialyte which I made using rapadura

instead of white sugar and celtic sea salt instead of regular table salt. She

was on for 3 days when it didn't stop but slowed down at least so I started

giving her the applesauce, LOTS of yogurt, bananas etc, but no

milk or formula. Afetr a week of almost normal poos I gave her some whole milk

(as she was a year old she should be able to handle normal milk and I wanted her

off the formula asap) Immediatly the diahrea started again. I tried the

pedialyte for a few days again, but I could tell she was getting so hungry I

couldn't do that anymore. So I took her to our family doctor who told me to put

her on soy formula! I was like " over my dead body! " I made her homemade formula

for a week but we just couldn't afford it any longer, I tried to just give her

more solids but the diahrea came back, so i did relent and put her on the soy

for 3 days. The diahrea stopped again. Now I have her on a lactose free milk and

she is better, but while her poop is normal consistancy now, it is almost

white!!! And she had developed a terrible yeast infection (from having diahrea

for so long) that has not responded to 2 bowts of the doc's prescribed cream,

overloading her with probiotics, or any natural remedy I

have tried. I am going to have to take her back to a doctor again but I really

wish I could find someone who knew what they were DOING!!!!!! Suze has asked her

WAPF practitior group if there is a doctor in my area, but what if there isn't?

Can someone please give me some advice, what is going on with her poop?! And

what can I do to get rid of this yeast! It is all over her diaper area and now

spreading to her back and tummy!!!
