Hi angel,

While it was in transit, so to speak, it was pretty painful, but do you know

when it passed in the urine, all I could feel was that something was alien in

there too. That part did not hurt!

Anyway, I drank the vinegar, honey, and water one or two times a day. Now if

I feel that my kidneys hurt, I start drinking it once a day until it passes.

and then coast until the next time. I actually feel better all over when I

drink it everyday, but I want it especially if I should ever have another kidney

stone.

i'm so glad to read that it wasn't so very painful. i magined just a horrifying

picture...

so what you drank was 1 teaspoon vinegar in 8oz of water?

just want to make sure i understand the effective ratios...
