Since we discussed in the last thread that " clarified butter " is the same as

" ghee " , you

can keep it at room temperature for a long time.

There is no need to refrigerate it.

I can't say exactly how long it can stay, but a few months is ok (5 - 6 months

is common

in our house).

Thank you very much. I am planning to start making and selling

artisian organic ghee (some flavors would include; lemon, honey,

garlic, herb, volcano, etc) and just needed a bit more info.
