Guest guest
I have heard it can. I see more issues with change in temperature and humidity. Of course pressure and temperature have an inverse relationship. So I assume it could happen. > > Matt, > > When I was hospitalized 2 weeks ago for 8 days, they said the hospital was full of asthmatics due to a severe change in barometric pressure. Do you know if that really is a documented occurrence of pressure changes causing trouble? Hmmm..... Guest guest
could well be just stress altering the breathing pattern, slowly building up over a few weeks Be aware of the September Effect The September Effect was first documented bya doctor in Canada researching asthma in school children. He foundthat there is a spike in asthma related symptoms at around the 17thday of school. He believed asthma is triggered by thesudden exposure to other children and the common cold virus theycarry with them. The exposure is when the kids are confined to oneroom with children they haven't had contact with in months. Each may have different viruses on them. These viruses can cause colds and asthma exacerbations. The doctor also concluded that the kids willmost likely bringing this home to their family. Guest guest
Hi , I get stressed just reading your message! I hope that you are feeling better now. Take care. I am a low keyed, non-stressed out person, so I only get asthma attacks when I am sick. ;-) Be aware of the September Effect The September Effect was first documented bya doctor in Canada researching asthma in school children.
