I use it at least once daily and sometimes more! --s
Guest guest
I've never used the 7 cup but I can tell you that I've used the h**l out of my 11 cup for 15 years. It's the perfect size for anything but very small batches. Turns a quart of raw cream into butter in about 3 minutes. It has an 11-cup bowl and a 3-cup bowl, which makes it much more versatile. I would go for the larger bowl. ~~ Jocelyne

This depends entirely on how many people you cook for, or rather, on the size of the meals you're generally going to prepare with the Cuisinart. I have the 7-cup and I'm generally happy with it, but in an ideal world I'd have the 11-cup and a smaller one rather than the 7-cup. If you're going to be using it often for large projects and/or lots of people, you might want to think about the 11-cup. -
