The ads that PCRM wants to sue against are probably the work of the National Dairy Council (I don't know first hand, cuz I don't watch TV). If so, they are definitely pasteurization pushers. That said, PCRM wants all milk abolished *completely*, which may be why Mr. Kinburn didn't know much about it (trust me, I used to be a member). Laws vary by state, CA being pretty easy access, TX having to form milk clubs, and isn't Va outlawing it altogether? http://www.realmilk.org/ Anyhoo, if you are a consumer of raw dairy, you may want to get involved with issues in your state.
