I'm bailing and going to make my evening feast. Raw spinach salad with home grown tomatoes and EVOO. Water buffalo liver " breaded " with dessicated coconut and fried lightly in VCO. Left over salmon, hamburger and steak from last night. Homemade sauerkraut. Steamed green beans with as much raw butter as I can melt over them. A piece of Valrhona chocolate.
