I'm sitting here pumping out posts as fast as I can to catch up from a

couple of days travel and you people just keep responding with more stuff

for me to answer. I'm bailing and going to make my evening feast.

Raw spinach salad with home grown tomatoes and EVOO.

Water buffalo liver " breaded " with dessicated coconut and fried lightly in

VCO.

Left over salmon, hamburger and steak from last night.

Homemade sauerkraut.

Steamed green beans with as much raw butter as I can melt over them.

A piece of Valrhona chocolate.

A glass of raw goat's milk Kefir.

Now nitpicking you a little bit: one you said you perceived in me a

passion for food.

If this is true, now it seems that at least you share the gourmet

passion with me.
