Does anyone know > if this is normal? I've never had trouble with water retention before. I know that celtic sea salt can encourage water-retention in some people--maybe you're one of them? Do you experience water-retention when using it in other recipes? You can surely cut down the salt in the NT recipe as Sally uses it to excess at times.
