Well that was an older discussion with a different subject line-- so

apparently not backquoting does cause some confusion. I assumed you

were talking about wheatgrass, since that was what was in the subject

line and the discussion we'd had just prior to.

It could have been due to the FOS too, but definitely not the

medicinal compounds that are destroyed by cooking.

I'm not sure what you mean by tapering, but yes I agree the quantity

was the main issue. The quantity specifically of the fibers, though.

Right now I'm juicing garlic, and this is working very well for me. I

appreciate the suggestion, but I don't think I would find anything

with raw garlic on it palatable, so I wouldn't bother ruining an

entire dish. I'm sure that others DO like raw garlic on their food,

but it's not for me. I'm sorry if I didn't come across more

appreciative of your suggestion.

It occurred to me that this was a response to what I said about not

being the first to complain-- I don't remember whether it was you or

not, but at least one person complained about the very same thing,

I think, before I did yesterday.

I didn't read your response to initially, but I would like to

point out that this confusion-- the fact that had no idea what

you were talking about when you said he was name-calling-- is a direct

result of the fact that you don't quote what you're responding to.

Somehow that winds up being the fault of the person to whom your

responding, with the inferior mental functioning, even though this

deficiency seems to be very common in those who have been

communicating with you. Nevertheless, as you pointed out, if I can't

handle it, I can just ignore it, so I suppose I have no right to

complain or bully you into conforming to the way the rest of the world

posts on the internet.

Raw liver and raw garlic minced together is deeeee-licious. The

fatty liver cuts the garlic, the garlic degreases the liver. Num.

I puree raw liver and raw homemade kim-chi and eat it with a spoon. I

make sure the kimchi is still a bit chunky and its super energizing.

LOL! Welcome back!

Thanks for the suggestions.
