As far as I can tell, it's still active. doesn't post there that often, and I never really used it. To me, getting this yahoo group in email is the best way to track things. I don't use the yahoo groups site unless I'm searching for something There's also a team on SparkPeople, if you like that format better. (Search for IOWL, or you'll get too many hits to find us.) Or you can look for on Facebook. A year or so back, some people set up forums on another site, but I don't know more details.
