I know that celtic sea salt can encourage water-retention in some

people--maybe you're one of them? Do you experience water-retention

when using it in other recipes? You can surely cut down the salt in

the NT recipe as Sally uses it to excess at times. FWIW I don't add

any salt to my beet kvass and haven't for a long time with no problems.
