Guest guest
I found this about sesame seeds. Aren't we supposed to stay away from polyunsaturated fats as much as possible? Doesn't this mean they're bad? I was looking trying to figure out if they're worth $ nutritionally. They're a good source of fiber, fat, protein, tryptophan, and tyrosine, which I like...but it says this: The fat in sesame seeds is 38% monounsaturated, and 44% polyunsaturated which equals 82% unsaturated fatty acids. What do you guys think? Kris
