Guest guest Posted July 9, 2005 Report Share Posted July 9, 2005 Hey guys. Ok, white flour is bad, yes. But in NT, for " Cheaters Sourdough Bread " it says to use unbleached white flour! So of course, had this in mind when I went to the store today to buy a flour to soak & make pancakes (with kefir) in the morning. WHY? I bought " organic unbleached white flour (and I think it said unbromelated too whatever that means) " . Is it OK to soak this overnight in kefir & make pancakes with in the morning or should I just throw it away. I got it out of the bulk bins so I am sure I can't return & exchange it. Please let me know what I should do. Why does Sally have this in a recipe in NT after saying many times how bad white flour is. Is this organic unbleached better???? What flour should I get for pancakes? Do ya'll use the spelt, kamut, or whole wheat flour the NT calls for or something else?
