Yeah, I only have a tablespoon at a time, but I've been juicing several

pounds at a time and then storing the juice in the fridge. Peeling the

ginger takes longer than juicing it by far, and I'm not even sure it's

necessary.

Thanks for the info! I have a Krups (a spinning basket) and a lot of fine

particles of fiber always settle to the bottom of the jar of juice

overnight, so I guess a pass through a strainer couldn't hurt.

I have a couple of difference sizes metal ones with a handle. They fit

easily over a wide mouth mason jar. I got them at the grocery store.

Depending on how much I need out....I use the different sizes. The are cheap

and well worth it especially for those family member that can't stand any

pulp in their juice. :)
