(no offense to anyone in these locations, different strokes, eh?) But I haven't lived in Texas for very long. Last summer it was cool and rainy. And speaking of global climate change, if predictions of a slowing or stopping of the gulf stream are correct, well, hot muggy summers just won't be a problem for eastern seaboard through western Europe dwellers.
