Inpatient billing: bill several days on one HCFA form?

I just took care of my first inpatient who I followed for four days. I

know how to code this stuff but am unsure whether I need to (1) submit

one HCFA form per hospital day or (2) can bill all days on one HCFA form.

My concern is that several same CPT codes would end up on the same

form and the insurance will consider this redundant. Or will separate

dates eliminate redundancy?

Please enlighten me.
