Amazing charts - problem list on the summary page

Hi

I am looking at the trial version of Amazing Charts. It seems that I

can only enter ICD9 codes into the problem list. Often these are not

specific enough to be useful. I like to customize the problem, for

example, with a consultant's name or brief details of their illness.

Is there a way to do this?
