I asked why the consumer report said that it doesn't work while they say that it does. I am including the pertinent part below: AAFA does not endorse, recommend or advocate the purchase of any specific products. Rather, over the past several years, AAFA has granted a " Label of Truth " to many products to indicate that our Medical-Scientific Council has reviewed the research behind a manufacturer's claim and found the specific claim, which appears on each AAFA Label, to be truthful. AAFA does not have a commercial interest in any of these products. Some products with the AAFA Label are of interest to people with allergies; other products are of interest to people with asthma; and some products are of interest to both groups.
