Wow, thanks for the mad props Deanna. You have such a pretty voice, and are

You're right. I've been majorly overlooking using a pulling exercise to

correspond to my bench press, even though I have my deadlift to accompany my

squat. I just started doing wide-gripped chinups a few weeks ago, for the first

time. I can't even bring my collarbone to the bar for one! How pathetic!

Right now I'm supersetting my bench press with wide-gripped chinups, and doing a

few sets of pullups afterwards.

Pullups, ves, I will vork those lats.

I'm not sure. I have those parts of my quad that extend over my knee cap a

bit, but I don't have much division down the front of my thigh like those guys

in the magazines do. The main reasonsI don't have leg pictures are: 1) my

legs are hairy and thus 2) don't tan well and 3) aren't easily oiled, all of

which diminish the ability of a picture to show off muscle definition.

I do finally have an ass, which I'm proud of. All my teenage years I was

told I didn't have one, even by my first girlfriend when I was 12. And my mom.

Now I've acquired one.

The quest now is to get an even bigger one :-)

I'm wondering about the inappropriateness of sharing bare-butt photos. If I

Let's have a New Year's fitness contest in photos ... say end of

January. That kind of pressure will get me off my butt and into

action. Who's game? We can vote by body part and overall who's buffest.

Well, I never noticed an accent, although it might be nice for Ole Home

Week to hear another MA accent. Then again, when I met him, he never had

much of a chance to talk. LOL.

Hmmmmmm ... accents, creativity ... I could try my Luc Picard ... a

supposed Frenchman speaking with an English accent. ;)

great Terry Gilliam. Aw sheesh, now I can't get Men In Tights images out
