I just started doing wide-gripped chinups a few weeks ago, for the first time. I can't even bring my collarbone to the bar for one! How pathetic! Right now I'm supersetting my bench press with wide-gripped chinups, and doing a few sets of pullups afterwards. Pullups, ves, I will vork those lats. Inquiring eyes want to know ;-) ___ I'm not sure. I have those parts of my quad that extend over my knee cap a bit, but I don't have much division down the front of my thigh like those guys in the magazines do. The main reasonsI don't have leg pictures are: 1) my legs are hairy and thus 2) don't tan well and 3) aren't easily oiled, all of which diminish the ability of a picture to show off muscle definition. I do finally have an ass, which I'm proud of. All my teenage years I was told I didn't have one, even by my first girlfriend when I was 12. And my mom. Now I've acquired one. The quest now is to get an even bigger one :-) Chris ____ " What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion?
