It may just be that your body hasn't fully adapted yet to the new, lower

level of carbs you're consuming. One thing you could try to ease the

transition would be to have some coconut oil with your meals. The

medium-chain fatty acids in CO are much more easily metabolized and should

help you burn fat and keep your blood sugar steady as you exercise. I know

it's helped me that way.
