What if?

We keep so many days reserved for an occasion, reason..

There is a day for everything..

a Mother's day

a Father's day

A Valentine's day

Even a (April) Fool's day

Not to mention the long list thats endless

What if we Keep a Day to bring out

all that's hidden in our heart

because we are tongue-tied or shy to share, speak out.

What if we come forward and speak aloud

what we feel in our hearts

and proclaim our feelings..

We cut and paste and then cut again

many words that we feel inside our heart

fearing that we will be ridiculed or misunderstood

doubting our worth..

what if for just one day..we let ago of all our fears & doubts

and share that what is True, Honest and Kind..

Of the all reasonable and unreasonable days that we hold, live, reserve

for worthy and stupid reasons

This one day will hold a pinchful of Salt of Truth, Honesty

and a Spoonful of Sugar of Love

to add to the taste of our life..

I am waiting for that day to Come..

May it come soon..
