Overnight pulse ox guidelines

Hi Everybody,

Does anyone use an ox to observe patients as they sleep at night?

Just kidding.

Actually, here's me real question...

Does anyone know of an article or guidelines about interpreting overnight pulse

oximetry studies? I get them almost routinely on all my new patients, and

sometimes I get borderline results that I would like help with interpreting.
