Guest guest Posted September 18, 2005 Report Share Posted September 18, 2005 Hi all, I was assisting at a kettlebell workshop yesterday and Pavel made a " surprise " appearance and taught a segment. One of the instructors offered him a protein bar, and, before twenty-five people, Pavel answers, " No thanks, I don't eat anything I can't spell. " Anyway, the man radiates good health on all levels.
