This is the first winter I haven't been sick. I don't know if it has anything to do with that particular supplement or something else. But it did occur to me recently that it could be due to a good whole food source of Vit. C. I personally stay away from most or all those green superfood products, mainly because I don't think I've rid my body of its mercury burden yet and chlorella, I understand, can redistribute Hg.
