Okay sister!!!!

You did the greatest thing possible that one could do in these

situations - you were lured into the game and you REFUSED TO PLAY..

(Ha ha ha) LOL I just love it. Hania, I saw one of your posts, in which

you claimed you might be " emotionally immature " . The fact that you

refused confidently and sternly to get snared shows HUGE maturity.

I feel bad for you, and for all the other KO's like me are who always having

to deal with tons of self-doubt and paranoia all generously provided for by

our nadas (and other BP's in our lives). You should know that you have just

a huge breakthrough.

The fear of friendships and of even casually saying " hi " at work, etc. is

something I can definitely relate with, and relates right to the " gossip

game " .

I honestly forget that when people are laughing and talking quietly together,

that the overwhelming majority of the time they are NOT talking about me.

Our loving BP's (sarcasm intended) have given us the " gift " of not trusting

most

or all people in this world.

Funny true story: (To give you an idea about my general anxiety and paranoia)

Once I overheard my name mentioned at a coworker laughing/giggling session

and became very defensive. When I confronted one of my coworkers, silence

fell.

It turned out they were laughing, but not at me, but b/c I had once told off

a boss in

front of them for being overbearing. They were laughing they all told me

they thought

" I would be the last person to speak up to him " ! In other words, they were

not

making fun, they were making conversation.

Of course, this was a great moment of revelation to me.
