What do you mean safe? Belch-free? I really do need the mineral drinks

on my long runs this summer. Maybe I can add something to the mix like

grapefruit juice. Isn't that pretty good on potassium? I am being a

complete idiot for not even drinking anything, and 4 miles is my minimum

distance now. Twice a week I go 6-10 miles and water is not enough. I

was iffy Sunday in the heat, just drenched with sweat and almost health

compromised ... and cranky! Out on the trail, there ain't no stops for

water or ways to get off. And you know, many of these mineral waters

advertise " low sodium " too which sucks. But I figure anything is better

than nothing.

Can I ask y'alls assistance in concocting an NT version of low carb

gatorade, which is highly diluted but will help replace some of the

stuff sweated off during hour plus workouts in the heat?

Muchos gracias,

Deanna
