Maybe others felt the same? > Here's the scoop. I must not have explained it very well in my original post. When you open up the Ron B folder in the Photos section on the NN Webpage you will see a small thumbnail image of my liver debris picture. If you place your mouse cursor on the image and click a larger version of the picture will appear in the browser window on your screen. Now here's the trick. Once you have that larger image on the screen, place your mouse cursor directly on the picture and click again. It will enlarge the picture to a size that is sufficient to see the detail that you are talking about. When I originally posted the picture I did not explain much about it since I was already giving out too much information in a very long post. I completely understand the degree of skepticism that many people experience when they see the images because I actually have it too. That can't possibly have all come out of my liver. The difference is that I went through the process and know exactly what happened so my faith in the results is pretty strong. Here's what I did. discussion of digestive processes below. In the week prior to the first cleanse I was doing a juice fast while supplementing with high doses of psyllium and bentonite clay. Because I was loosely following Bernard Jensen's protocol I was closely paying attention to everything that I was passing in an attempt to understand the condition of my digestive tract and my colon specifically. After about two days, all of the regular fecal matter was gone and all I was getting were long strings of cohesive psyllium fiber bound with mostly green material from the juice I was drinking. There was no loose debris or anything else. The toilet water was clear and I could see everything very well. This went on for the duration of the fast. On the day of the cleanse I stopped taking juice or any other supplements at 2 in the afternoon. The two doses of Epsom salts had the desired laxative effect and by 9:30 pm I was passing the rest of the contents of my bowels. Before I took the final concoction of olive oil and grapefruit juice at 10 PM I had experienced several bowel movements that were completely clear. Water only, no solids at all. The next morning I had to use the toilet around 6 AM. I could actually feel the solid matter passing after my liquid movements the night before. When I turned around and looked at the toilet it was filled with yellow sludge and small sand like matter. There were a few large stones floating on the surface. I was floored. Since I absolutely knew that I had been previously passing only water after many days of liquid diet it was very clear to me that the matter in the toilet was either from my liver and gallbladder or was from some other part of my digestive tract that I wasn't aware of and was not shedding material before the liver cleanse protocol. As the day progressed I continued to pass debris and stones -- the biggest ones coming out fairly early in the morning. The small particulate matter looked like large grains of sand and they were very hard. The smaller and larger stones tended towards round or oval shape and many of them were a brilliantly bright green when they were floating in the toilet. All of the sources that I have seen indicate that this means they were made up of bile salts and cholesterol. They faded and turned brown over time.
