Guest guest Posted March 29, 2005 Report Share Posted March 29, 2005 I made a wonderful egg salad dressing that is mayo free. It's a Garden of Eating recipe. Going from memory, stir 1 cup tahini with 1/2 c. warm water and 1/2 tsp. salt. Add 3 tb. raw vinegar or lemon juice, 3 tb. dijon mustard and optional garlic. It is outrageously yummy.
