Guest guest Posted March 29, 2005 Report Share Posted March 29, 2005 Hi, I have a question for anyone out there. My son lives out of state and is interested in a clinical trial for weight loss. It is a 3 month trial and he goes once a week after he is initially evaluated. He called tonight and said they told him that each week when he goes, the medication they are trying will be increased and that made him a little uneasy. Anyhoo, my question is is anyone familiar with clinical trials (i.e., been through them yourself or know someone who has) and how was their experience? In other words, he wants to know if there are more good experiences than bad ones. Thanks in advance for anyone's help or advice.
