The oo soap I use comes from Greece (don't know the brand) and yes, I

got it in a hf store. Look around, I'm sure you'll find

something--make sure it's pure with ingredients like: Saponified

olive oil, water, mineral salts.

Don't buy " kiss my face " brand as it has some additives and tastes nasty.

I scrape the tarter off my bottom middle tooth with a metal scraper

like the hygenist uses. I bought it at a good drugstore.

Since I started using the Sonicare toothbrush ten years ago, I've had no

need for regular teeth cleanings.

I did have my mercury/silver amalgam fillings removed a few months ago by a

specialized dentist. He thought my teeth looked like they'd been

professionally cleaned... ~Robin

Ps. My dentist incorporates techniques recommended by the

http://www.iaomt.org/ a pretty cool little site that has a lot of

information..

Wow. Great link. Didn't know any of that before. Thank you.

Hi Dahlia:

In terms of a protocol, you need a dentist that is aligned with

mercury being toxic.

There are lots of dentists who will remove your mercury fillings and

feel benign about the issue; that would be mistake number one.

My dentist is very prolific and may have been one of the founders of

the www.iaomt.org.

He tested each quadrant of my mouth for the highest electrical

activity and only removed one quad at a time with days in between. And

so, it ended up taking about 3 weeks. He used a specially ventilated

room as methyated mercury is even more toxic...that is my

understanding anyway. The day of each removal, I had intravenous

Vitamin C before and after as support. I took a regime of supplements

for 1 month prior...I can't remember what exactly they were.

A few months later, I did some DMPS, saunas, integrated meat back into

my diet, ate lots and lots of butter, tried to break a sweat everyday

just to generally take some of the load of my organs. I have also done

some of Dietrich Klinghards recommendations through a practitioner

that his clinic trained.

If you haven't already, you may want to read " It's All in Your Head "

by Hal Huggins who was a pioneer in this field. My dentist was trained

in his protocol and I am sure over the years it has evolved to be even

better.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact me off or online.

I agree with that your dentist should probably be a member of the

International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT). My dentist

also gave me charcoal tablets before and after, used a " rubber dam " and put

me on an oxygen tank during the procedure. He also didn't use x-rays by the

way... I think they were called thermographs(?) or something like that? The

pictures went right into a computer monitor and it was very cool..

Hi ,

My dentist is aware of the toxicity of mercury and I checked out the

website you mentioned and took note of the photos.

fascinated by your reference to butter: what's that about??

and curious about DK's recs--I only know him through seeing his name on

Mercola's newsletters. what sorts of things does he recommend?

thanks for this info. I'll look into it.

Cheers,

Dahlia
