How do I eliminate large spaces in my posts?

I usually respond to this list by email and I've noticed that my small

spaces between paragraphs become quite large when they appear on the

board (and when I get them back in the email form from .) I must

be doing something wrong and so maybe someone can help me? Thanks.

I had the same problem not too long ago. Here's what I did to eliminate the

problem:

1) Hit " Reply. " This will give you the original message that can be included

in your reply.

2) Go to " Format " at the top of the menu of the message box.

3) " Rich Text (html) " will probably be highlighted. Click on " Plain Text "

instead. This will re-format the letter so what you see is what you will

get.
