Great points. Alos would detremine if you are filling a niche that has

not been filled. If you do complementary medicine (herbs, needles..)

and other western docs in town are not doing that then even in a

saturated market you would attract a following.....

See what niche is not being filled if you want to stay in a saturated

market and then go fill it. That has worked well for me.
