Was it on this list that someone was having trouble getting a copy of

Nutrition and Physical Degeneration? It's available through

http://www.rejoiceinlife.com/kefir/kefirlistAustVic.php (go to the bottom of

the page). This is in Australia, but for countries such as the U.S. the

cost shouldn't be too bad with the exchange rate.
