The thoughts I choose to think and believe right now are

creating my future. These thoughts form my experiences tomorrow, next week, and

next year.

I search my heart for injustices I still harbor. I forgive them and let them

go.

I am centered in truth and peace

My mind is a powerful healing tool

Every illness holds a lesson for me to learn

It is only a thought, and a thought can be changed.

The thoughts I choose to think and believe right now are creating my future.

These thoughts form my experiences tomorrow, next week, and next year.

The moment I say positive affirmations, I step out of the victim role. I am no

longer helpless. I acknowledge my own power.

I am taking the next step for my healing.

Whenever I encounter a challenge in my life, I use the experience to learn and

grow.

I rise above all limitations

It is so comfortable to play victim, because it is always someone else's

fault. I have to stand on my own two feet and take some responsibility.

I have the power to make changes
