Meditation for Releasing Anger

Sit alone in a comfortable place.

Light a white candle, representing the white light of God/dess and for nothing

more than to create ambiance, peace, and tranquility.

Concentrate and allow the feelings to come up and deliver them to the white

light. " Letting go " ....

Completely.

Allow yourself to come face to face with the person, or perhaps more than one

person that has caused you such great pain and anger. Often times when we have

been so hurt, so betrayed, so wounded by someone, we find it is necessary to

protect the wound by surrounding it with anger and resentment. These feelings

keep the hurt inside of us from

exploding, yet, after a while, these feelings of anger and resentment and even

sometimes hatred become to cumbersome for us to carry around with us. We must

forgive to be able to move on with our life. If you have chosen to release these

deeply rooted feelings, you are probably feeling ready to free yourself from

this heavy burden of unforgiveness.

Allow yourself to disconnect the CORD OF ENERGY that binds you to this person…

to a place of forgiveness.

Keep a journal and write down the feelings that may come up for you during this

exercise and allow yourself to parent your own inner child, as you are a child

of God/dess and deserve nothing short of his/her love and forgiveness.
