Guest guest Posted December 13, 2007 Report Share Posted December 13, 2007 Hi All, Those of you using Soapware: I am having a heck of a time reloading Soapware after clearing and then rebooting my computer. Patients waiting for notes for insurance claims, hand-written notes today. It's been two days, and I am EMR-less. Please contact me off list if you think you can help. I have contacted Soapware support, but it could be three days before I get an email from them. I cannot afford the 400 dollar support for telephone support; and I cannot afford to wait.
