It depends on your symptoms - there are questionnaires to help you

determine which supplements would be best for you. I have a chronic

case of the Blahs, so I take tyrosine. DH is stressed out and takes

5HTP.

Actually, The Mood Cure is one of the most helpful informative books

I've read in a very long time - I would highly recommend it.

I'm just now reading Dangerous Grains, which is good, but not an easy

read (did you know celiacs die twice as frequently as non-celiacs? I

had to read that sentence 3 times to make sure I read it right! lol!

I hope I only die once)

I also bought a recipe book by Hilda Cherry Hills which is full of

gluten free/dairy free recipes so I'm hoping to expand my repertoire

of recipes!

If you are only in for one death, *and* you are celiac, that would be

great news for non-celiacs, who would only have to die a half a time.

Or maybe that's worse than dying once.

I could not read Dangerous Grains, did not understand it or didn't

want to...way too scientific & technical.

And I *LOVED* Mood Cure. I was very excited. Spent $95 on supps

and I don't think any of them worked. HOWEVER, I have health

problems many don't. And I've heard WAY more GOOD results than not

with it.
