Do I HAVE to see L&I (workers' comp) patients?

Hi, I am about to start a solo IMP straight out of residency. I was

just credentialed with Labor and Industries (workers' comp) here in

Washington State.

Now, since I live in Olympia, the capital of Washington State, I am

really scared that my practice is overrun by patients seeking

treatments for silly paper cuts and such that they received at work.

Some government workers always try to evade work. I find that L & I

claims can be as frightening as drug seekers.

Well, I want to accept L & I for my patients. Can I restrict L & I to my

existing patients only or do I have an obligation to see ANY patient

they send me?
