Guest guest
Hi Suze, I voted for #3, but there wasn't a choice that fully fit my experience. I was tested for IgA allergies and came up with casein, soy, eggs, but *not* wheat. However, I was eating almost no gluten at the time (but I was also eating almost no dairy or eggs at the time either!) I haven't had any other testing done for gluten intolerance. However, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I have trouble with gluten (as well as casein) due to reactions when I eat it. Also, I have trouble even with raw, fermented cow milk, but I haven't been able to experiment fully with goat milk yet to know if that's o.k. I just wanted to note that for me it's not an issue of raw vs. pasteurized. (who still hasn't replied to your email of long ago, but I hope I will before too much longer! Hope you're well!) Hi , That's fine the way you voted. I didn't want to give too many options even though I understand that not everyone's situation will fit with the ones I did give. I just wanted to get a general idea of how many folks had problems with one, the other or both. > >Also, I have trouble even with raw, fermented cow milk, but I haven't >been able to experiment fully with goat milk yet to know if that's >o.k. I just wanted to note that for me it's not an issue of raw vs. >pasteurized. Seems like that's the case with many other NT/WAPers...raw, fermented and grass-fed still is problematic. I'd be interested to see how all these folks do on high brix milk as variable that probably hasn't been tested by anyone other than (for whom it made the difference). > > (who still hasn't replied to your email of long ago, but I hope >I will before too much longer! Hope you're well!) Oh, don't worry about it - I'd forgotten about it! :-) Suze Fisher Lapdog Design, Inc. Web Design & Development http://members.bellatlantic.net/~vze3shjg Weston A. Guest guest
Actually Suze, I don't know that it does go without saying. I figured you wanted to see %, not actual numbers, so did vote in both. But have now cancelled my Chapter Leaders vote. (I cancelled that one, not this one, cos it had one less option than this one, and that was my preferred option) deb -----Original Message----- From: Suze Fisher [mailto:s.fisher22@...] BTW, I'm sure this goes without saying, but if you already cast a vote on the chapterleaders list in this same poll, please don't vote in this one! :-)
