Guest guest
As I mentioned, I'm having to take a round of parasite medicine -- basically poisons of course -- and it's obviously an extra load on my very recently recovered liver. I eat a lot of saturated fats and I also eat the right oils and all that stuff everybody swears by here; Although the extra fat has helped me with virtually everything -- energy, vit/mineral assimilation, insulin prod., etc -- it makes a little bit of sense for me to, during this period, maybe ease up on the fats so my liver has more filtering ability for the toxins? Anybody have an idea here? If so, how far do I go to help the liver? Wheat grass juice? Mini broth fast? Liver cleanse during or after parasite cleanse? Coffee enemas? Whatever.. Of course I'll keep heaping on the fermented foods to keep the balance right but I'm utterly exasperated -- almost blind I'm so tired of trying to keep track of creative ways to keep the system up and running while chasing off all these interlopers. ~Robin
